As a new ham, sanitary I love receiving paper cards. I’m currently pursuing a multi-band DXCC and WAS, so expect a direct card, if you’re an ATNO (all-time new one) for me, even just a new DXCC entity or state on a given band. I’ll include a SAE and greenstamps ($2 or $3), depending on where you are.
I return all QSL cards 100%. I appreciate SASE (US) and SAE + $1 (DX), but not required.
Cards received by the K7 buro are returned by the outbound buro.

I upload to eqsl.cc, as a courtesy to those who prefer it, but I find the quality of confirmations there poor and have concerns about their security profile, as well.
